Had a great experience working with Casey. He came out same day to troubleshoot some network issues we were having. We ran into a few hiccups getting into the system, but he was super thorough and knowledgeable the whole way through. I was provided loaner equipment to keep things running in the meantime, and once we were able to access the system, they were really fair and reasonable with the time they billed. High-integrity company—I’d definitely work with them again.
