HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, TERRIBLE COMPANY! I was victimized by a door to door salesman representing himself as an agent of ATT. He sold me a phone/TV bundle telling me I would save $90 a month. When I ask about the ADT on the back,he said it was free as part of the bundle. I was present when he supposedly did a 3 way call with Verizon and ATT to switch my phone service. SCAMMERS This group took advantage of an 87-year-old military veteran through deceptive and unethical practices. They arrived at his home falsely representing themselves as being affiliated with Spectrum. While present, they called Spectrum with the elderly homeowner—who clearly did not understand what was happening—and made unauthorized changes to his account under the guise of “saving him money.” As a result, the veteran lost many of his television channels and was falsely promised a free AD

ADT has been reliable and easy to use from day one. The installation was quick, the equipment works perfectly, and the monitoring gives me real peace of mind. Customer service has been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed them. Highly recommend!
