James came out to my house for a consultation and made this whole experience amazing. I never felt overwhelmed with making decisions. He never pushed me into something I did not want. Spent 2 hours with me showing me designs and answering every question I had. I haven’t had my shower installed yet but this company beats any other company on their prices and customer service.

Replaced old whirlpool tub with large shower. Also replaced everything in powder room: toilet, vanity, light fixture, ceiling fan, and hardware. Coordinated well with painter/handyman. Patiently explained the process and ensured we were comfortable with the progress as well as the finished product. Extremely polite and competent installers. Listened closely to any of our concerns.
