Very professional from the moment Alex arrived at our home. The first thing he did was place cardboard on the floors from the front door to the bedroom rug, then he placed a drop cloth on the bedroom rug all the way to the bathroom and then placed cardboard on the floor to protect everything. The install looks better than we expected.
