Scam... built a deck on dry rotted wood and told my wife that is what she asked for. We extended the deck 2 feet. The extra 2 feet was not secured at all. We had someone else come and replace the deck properly.. save yourself time and money go find someone else. Martin you can take those pictures down of our property.

Martin performed work to prepare a property for rent: Replaced a sliding glass door and installed the vertical blind, primed and painted the entire apartment, including sanding and painting kitchen cabinets, repaired the ceiling around a fan in the bathroom and purchased and replaced the mirror and light fixture. He did a great job and completed the work in a short timeframe. We'll call him again, and recommend him.

Martin did a huge build for us... splitting off part of the house and recapturing the garage as living space for a small apartment for our son and his fiance. It was done with total involvement from the county via permits. The work is good and costs were kept at a much smaller rate than other bids we received.
