Sure my lights are working and the remote is easy to use and allows for direct communication to each individual light, but wow... THE PRODUCT IS NOT THE ISSUE I have had 2 lights with issues for almost 3 weeks now. When you call the phone number displayed on Google, you get an answering service that NEVER prompts you to speak to a representative.. I have sat on that call for over 5 minut
