I had a very disappointing experience with your customer service. During my interaction, the representative was dismissive and, at times, came across as ridiculing my concerns rather than addressing them constructively. In addition, I was charged approximately $1,200 for a maintenance service that was never clearly communicated to me at the time of installation. This lack of transparency is concerning and contributed significantly to my frustration. I would appreciate a review of this situation,
