Truck #58, Ticket #042693, 3000 PSI specified strength provided by Ray Ready Mix. Concrete strength results come back at 2420PSI after a 56 day strength test! Sent Gabriel two reports, never heard from him. Even worst is that I had ordered 4000PSI, but we received 3000PSI. We did not catch this on the tickets, so I guess that's on us. But then, for a 3000PSI mix not to only be able to reach 2420 after 56 days is crazy. We are significantly negatively impacted on this job, and it would be ashamed

I called this place for an estimate, and the guy I was talking to was really rude and unprofessional. I mean, it's your job to answer customers' questions and concerns. If you don't want to deal with people, then this isn't the job for you. It's not a lot to ask to simply answer a customer's question.
