David was quick to respond and schedule, the team that showed up was professional, and they went above and beyond with communication to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. I had David from Ratliff come out for estimates and truly appreciated his thoroughness and honesty the whole time, never trying to upsell me and giving me great prices. I decided to go with them for new gutters and downspouts and the experience was flawless. They were patient with me as I kept delaying the date and when the date came, the installer arrived on time and did a great concise job pretty quickly. Now after a few rains, the gutters function perfectly and complement my home's exterior.
