Recently I had a rental property that needed an exterior paint job. Eloy and his workers were excellent. The price was great, Eloy was on time, he jumped through the HOA hoops, completed the work on schedule, he followed up, etc. I would highly recommend!

Initially had a good experience, which is why I had left a positive review elsewhere. However, after the work was completed, there were some serious issues. Water was left running at the property, which resulted in water flowing out toward the garage. Thankfully there was no lasting damage, but it could have been much worse. Additionally, the home was not left in a clean or sanitary condition after the job. This raised concerns about attention to detail and overall professionalism. Because of
