Absolutely the Worst Plumbing Experience I’ve Ever Had Rapid Water Heaters in OKC is hands-down the most unprofessional and incompetent company I’ve ever dealt with. We scheduled a Navien heat exchanger installation, and instead of sending someone qualified, they sent a guy named Christian who claimed he was there to do an “estimate.” He then told us the job was a flat-rate service anyway, so the estimate was pointless, and admitted he didn’t even know how to install the heat exchanger.
