Jason from Rapid Flow did an excellent job especially considering that we requested services at the last minute in an emergency situation. He solved the main sewage pipe problem quickly and was very thorough in explaining what exactly the problem was with sewage pipe and what caused the issue. He also suggested how we could prevent this issue in the future.

My kitchen drain line had a pretty bad grease clog. The first time they sent a tech out, he said the issue was fixed and it wasn’t. Two fellows from BWSC came by when my plumber was having trouble snaking to the blockage. BWSC had told me i needed a plumber with a TV line and the fellows recommended you and another company. I called and Charley came out. And he could not get the snake to the blockage. He got it far enough to convince an inspector to call for a crew.
