I would not recommend Rapid Blinds based on my experience. About 5 years ago, I had them install blinds and motorized shades in my home. Recently, one of the motorized shades stopped working, so I contacted them to see if someone could come out and inspect or repair it. I even agreed to pay a service fee just to have someone look at it. They refused to come out and instead asked me to send photos and videos. After reviewing them, the only response I received was: “The motor is out of warranty.
