Great service , great Staff

I scheduled an inspection a week out, as I only have Mondays and Tuesdays off. The following Tuesday came, I received no communication, so I called for an ETA which was a vague “Well you ARE on the schedule today”, and was promised I’d be seen by the end of the day. I got a call 10 minutes later, telling me they couldn’t make it and I have to reschedule. I was irritated to say the least. So I reschedule for the FOLLOWING week.
