R&G answered our call at 11pm. We were reluctant to call, but desperate with no water. They came the next morning and solved our well pump issue. And not only that, they were friendly and helpful and solved the problem beyond our satisfaction. Update on 4/22/26: would like to thank Rocky and the R&G management team for quickly responding to and resolving an issue we called in earlier in the day. A great local business who puts their customers first.

I have terrible water coming out of the well. I have used 4 different water Companies in the last 32 years. I have used R & G for many years now. Rick, the owner, is a stand-up guy who bends over backwards to be responsive and make things right. Rocky (actual name also Rick) is the only technician who has been able to make my very complex system work as it should. Rocky stays late when necessary, works in the cold and keeps his good humor in spite of the frustrating system I have. I cannot reco
