Very great customer service the lady who picked up was so kind! As someone who calls a lot of companies it's very nice to finally have someone kind and helful pick up the phone!

This company is a big scam. We had paid for continous fire monitoring of our business for the past 2 years in accordance to state law. We recently had a fire inspection by another company and came to find out that the monitoring system had been unplugged all along. We were paying them to do this for 2 years, and they did not even know that the system was not active.
