Will came out on a Saturday to remove a limb that had fallen on my power line. He suggested that I call Duke Energy first to see if they would remove it for free (they wouldn't) but said he'd be happy to come out if they couldn't do it. To me that shows integrity and someone who's running an honest business. He came to my house within a couple of hours, took care of the limb quickly, and even checked the power connection to my house to make sure it hadn't been damaged when the limb fell. Great e

He was kind and knowledgeable, and was able to get us on the schedule super quick. Andrew and his team were amazing, they got the tree down so fast but did such quality work. The crew was kind and left our yard/ driveway looking better than it did when they arrived. Very reasonably priced, responsive, and talented work. Could not recommend them enough!

In my forested area, I had an 80-100 foot tall sweetgum tree that had not yet leafed this spring. The tree was dying, so it needed to come down. I reached out to Raleigh Tree Service via the email contact option on their website, and Will Ethridge reached out to me the next day. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate that same week, and Mr. Ethridge came as scheduled and assessed my situation. Mr. Ethridge gave me an estimate which was very reasonable, and later that day he emailed me the q
