Service so amazing

I’ve had Brad out a couple of times to work on caulking windows and mortar cracks, some of which were allowing water to penetrate the walls. Brad was quick to respond to my emails and texts to schedule time on the job. He worked diligently to finish up the job. After this latest round of torrential rains, I didn’t have any of the previous window leaks. I would highly recommend Brad and Rainwater Restoration & Waterproofing if you need windows or mortar caulked and made waterproof.

Had a window that was leaky. Brad helped me troubleshoot that it might've been a window above and sealed it up for me. He also gave me some pointers on dealing with future leaky windows so that I could do it myself.

Rainwater Restoration & Waterproofing turned out to be a complete disappointment. Their initial estimate was prompt, but that's where the professionalism ended. The crew arrived late, seemed disorganized, and left a mess everywhere. Their waterproofing job was so poor that I ended up with more leaks than before. Trying to get them to fix their mistakes was like pulling teeth. Avoid at all costs!

Brad is great to work with. Responsive, laid back and very knowledgeable. Extremely reliable!
