we had a gas leak that the gas company had been doing work in the park and shut our gas off. I called my warranty company that I took out with the HOME and they wanted to charge me $9000 to replace all these lines that they said needed replacing so I called the gas company and they gave me three companies and rainwater was one of them. I would give a zero if I could. Was told they were sending there expert at heat pump water heaters, said I was first appointment on his schedule. He was almost 3 hours late. He did not have the proper tools to remove the covers. I loaned him mine. He then asked if I had any cans of compressed air, he wanted to blow air in some parts.
