RainSoft product not worth it. 7 months in and I have problems that can’t be remedied. Salesman gave us his cell and said to call for any issues. Placed at numerous calls and text messages and never heard back. Don’t believe a RainSoft salesperson. I would never buy RainSoft products again. On a positive, Great Lakes customer service are the nicest. Deedee, Ana and service tech Brad, I would definitively give them credit. And there is a $300 charge every time they service for filters. W
