Absolutely no complaints with Rainbow Restoration. From beginning to end they kept us aware of everything that was taking place. It can be frustrating dealing with insurance and they made a it seamless.

Craig was the epitome of professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and walked us through everything he was doing, answered any questions, and made us feel confident in his work. The cherry on top was his joyous demeanor. With some water damage, it is a stressful time and he was nothing but understanding and caring. Listened enough to follow up towards the end on some of the small talk we started with. If I ever have any needs, will definitely be using him again!
