First time customer. Very impressed with quick responses, and quick service. Used for backflow testing ( Town of Cary) won't go behind my fence. Would use again and recommend.

Have been using Rain or Shine for 3+ years now. In addition to routine system turn on and off, all it takes is a quick email and they are there for me when a landscaper messes up a sprinkler head, oddball leaks pop up, or the system breaks etc. Great customer service.

Rob is great to work with. I was concerned about restoring the lawn to it's original condition after installation and he suggested using a sod cutter to preserve the turf and it worked out pretty well overall. Very good communications and great to work with. I told Rob I wanted good coverage and no dry spots and he delivered. I'm very happy with the system Rob designed and was able to place the backflow preventer where I wanted it.
