Really great experience working with Tom. He tracked down the doorbell transformer (which was not easy to find!) and explained what he was doing along the way. Once he located it, he even help installed a new doorbell to test everything and made sure it was all working properly. He was professional, easy to talk to, and clearly knows his stuff.
