Abel came over , and check our Restroom for moisture in our flooring . He sent a crew out with equipment on Friday 05.8.26 and by Monday area was all dry out for us . I will for sure be calling Quick Restore if i have any issues in the future .
We had water damage which appeared fairly suddenly. It was clear we'd require restoration service, and Quick Restore was a good experience. The communication was great, and they were able to do the job fairly quick. The two that did the manual work were Dominick and David, and they were able to finish within a day! Other than that there were just daily check-ins and a follow-up. They helped make a real inconvenience feel less stressful.
Both Brandons have done a great job. FAST AND RELIABLE SERVICE. Excellent customer service and communications!!! I strongly recommend this company!!!! Dominic the dominator demo’s the affected drywall from water damage and the equipment dries the area out!
Told us they were going to need to remove our shower, wall, bathroom cabinet, etc. Turns out the leak was just coming from our shower head fixture and none of that was necessary. They flat out lied, ordered tests we didn't need, and stuck us with a bill with no actual resolution.
