I hope this review help others, I do not recommend these people, and be aware that this business is very different in person compared to online. When you visit their website posted here, they sometimes borrow their license or use some other method to operate, and the person you talk to in the store is not the same as the one online. Scam. Asked for a service request - key fob for 2013 Explorer. Was told $35 to show up + labor starting at 185/hr. I asked how much for the job? Guy wouldn't answer and kept repeating the minimums. Called around and locksmiths are quoting between 185 to 250 to show up and make a key. Tried to call this guy because he is down the street. Wouldn't give me a ballpark figure. I don't need someone showing up quoting me 500+ and then when I say no thank you they demand the labor + service cal
