my dad kept pointing out musty smells so crawl space encapsulation was the move, the crew explained stuff and all good thru the work, basement waterproofing change was AMAZING.
We were having moisture under the house and things smelled weird and this team took time to explain stuff and once they wrapped up the foundation repair the floors feel dry and steady again kinda grateful for that.
One wall bowed a bit, they inspected it slow, did targeted foundation shimming, and talked like normal ppl, not robots… felt comfy the whole time.
