Fantastic service. I called regarding an urgent leak in our sprinkler systems that was flooding into my neighbors yard. I had never called QC Irrigation before so didn't know what to expect. Dave answered right away, said he was headed to a job but would stop by after. He and a colleague showed up in less than 2 hours, fixed my emergency, and another minor issue we had, in about 30 minutes. They cleaned up as well! Will use them from now on.

I had a control box that was not working. I called and talked to David and explained the issue. He came over and assessed the problem….I needed a new controller. I got the box the same evening and David came out the next morning and installed the controller. He did a great job putting it in and walked me through how everything works. Terrific! Very experienced and competent! I called at 8:00pm expecting to leave a message, but David answered my call. He showed up first thing the next morning and listened carefully to me explain the problem which had been caused by a bad repair from a different company. David diagnosed the issues, scheduled the repair, showed up with all necessary parts/equipment and corrected the problems. He communicated appointments by text and showed up exactly on time. Great! A+
