Not only did I want a new gas fireplace, but also I had an ongoing (and frustrating) leak that TWO roofers had not been able to fix. Looking at our chimney system, Alex knew exactly where the leak was coming from, and his guys made that repair while installing my new fireplace. Finally, when it rains, I don't worry! The new fireplace looks great, and it's very easy to operate. His guys removed the old fireplace box with surgical precision and then cleaned up well afterward. The last shout-out
