They were responsive and came out quickly, but they tried to charge 3 times what I could buy the Hydrawise control unit for online. When I asked about the pricing and whether I could just buy the control unit myself and have them install it, they said they were no longer interested and never called me back when I asked for clarification. I'd ask for details around pricing before you decide to go with them.
