WowI hired Quality 2 years ago and every other month hit me with extra maintenance fees and more. Threatened if I didn’t drain my pool after he did it 2 years ago he will drop me service. I’ve owned pools in every home I’ve owned. Never had such an issue. DO NOT RECOMMEND! No phone call, no personal touch. Just text. I will let my committee know on our Eastmark face book to avoid this company like the plague. Ima easy going customer but not a fool!

We started using Quality King Pools in April this year after they took over our previous company. They started out doing a decent job, but quality started slipping week by week. The weekly report they send is near useless. It includes pictures after making a lot of waves, and you can't see the interior floor. There are no pictures of clean skimmer baskets or pool vac bags. They do not state the name of the pool man, so you don't know who has access to your property. The ph of our pool was 7.9 af
