No replies to voice messages, emails, etc. False late invoice statements regardless of proof of payment. We were charged over $500 for a quoted $100 smoke alarm replacement. I inherited a security system from B-Safe when I took over a business. B-Safe has been difficult and expensive to work with. They did not try to understand my needs, and sent me an unnecessary technician and charged me for it. Updates to the system are incredibly expensive, and they are inflexible to my needs (for instance, they do not do any sort of networked fire alarms). They also will lock you into a two year contract.
