Mountain Alarm offered a security system maintenance and testing program. It included replacing the panel battery. Technician didn't have the appropriate panel battery with him when he came for the service call. The company wanted to charge me for the battery (which they ultimately agreed to provide at not cost), but would charge an additional service call to install the battery. Deceptive.

I do not recommend using Mountain Alarm. They are very difficult to deal with. I had been using them for years, but I just couldn't take their poor customer service any longer. They have regularly told me they would get back to me when I had an issue, but they never contacted me. I would have to keep calling them and trying to get them to help me. It was such a frustrating experience that caused me to waste a bunch of time! They also wanted me to sign a 36 month contract to lock in lower prices
