No one arrived for the service on 4/17/26. No one called me, nor did they leave any form of identification indicating they had been here. It is possible they went to the wrong unit (this is a large retirement community with multiple buildings and floors), but since they did not call me, I have no way of knowing. I have also called the office multiple times, but no one answers, and they have ignored my emails to customer service. My credit card has been billed for the service but I will be protes

How do you get a hold of these people? I called, texted, and emailed about a question on my estimate. In the end, I had to cancel because they never responded. Just an update. I still haven't heard from them. I guess they are satisfied with the $50 cancelation fee and don't need to schedule more service with me LOL
