I was suppose to have someone come out to look at some water damage at 4:30pm. I called several times that night trying to get in touch with someone and the customer service representative kept "sending a message" to the tech. It has been 24 hours and I have heard nothing from the tech so I canceled my service. When I called I was told "it can take them 24-48 hours to respond" which is ridiculous when they missed my appointment and have urgent damage. This Is NOT a company I would recommend if y

I had an emergency when I first called PuroClean of Bloomington. They were recommended by a friend who had a similar experiance. They did an amazing job cleaning the mess and prefessionaly treat the damaged area. Then they followed up with re-construction right away. The whole project was well managed, done on time and with in budget. Excellent service!
