I am very unhappy with my experience with PuroClean. As a subcontractor, I was required to use them for a restoration claim involving a sewer backup in the homeowner’s bathroom. PuroClean made me pay over $7,000 for steam cleaning, and only after the home was cleaned did they inform me that the bathroom tile had been poorly installed and that there was moisture and water damage underneath an issue they failed to detect before collecting payment. They also performed no microbial or mold pre-test

This is the best company ever!!!! They came as soon as called and were available for any questions we had. Workers were kind and respectful in a very stressful time for us as our house was flooded. I would highly recommend them and would happily use them if ever needed again!

Blake & Colby were awesome to work with. Reliable, efficient, and no BS - like we were originally fed by a few other local contractors. Highly recommend if you want a company that will think out of the box and work with you to solve problems and not just charge you out the tail for unnecessary work.
