ZERO STARS. Worst experience EVER. They were so nice in the beginning, but then sent inexperienced 20 year olds who were clueless about what they were doing. I had to tell them what to do. I mean why would you stack the boxes where the furniture goes only to have to move all the boxes again? And why would you bring in the furniture first and the rug afterwards? The rug goes UNDER the furniture. ZERO common sense. Plus they scratch and busted up pretty much every piece of furniture they handled,

My wife and I were very impressed with this company! We had the ice unit to a mini fridge fail when we were in Oregon. We came home to a disaster in Arizona! PuroClean was very efficient and professional in stabilizing this mess and alleviating our concerns of mold and other related issues surrounding this situation.
