Had a BAD leak in 2009. Hired puroclean of cary. Owner and crew came out and did an OUTSTANDING job. Had another leak recently so I hired the same puroclean company with it's NEW OWNER. I'm sorry that I did.. After they left I noticed no heat coming out of vent in the bathroom. I called him and explained the issue and he got angry with me. He came up the next day to find out that the duct work was tagged down on the floor and full of water. They never checked the distribution box for water and
