Very seldom does a company go "above & beyond", this one does and did! Our filter order was returned due to our lake address being somewhat remote and hard to find for any substitute drivers; company emailed, called and left a message to notify us that the filter had been returned, we called and reached the company the next morning and worked with a super nice young lady (Hannah) and she got our normal home address and had it reshipped. Received an email within minutes confirming the re-shipme
