Purelight power is an absolutely terrible company! We hired them to install solar panels on our roof, which was done quickly, but in the wrong places where we agreed to place them. They said they could not fix their mistake because they have now drilled holes into our roof and they had to stay there. They offered ONE free panel to make up for their mistake but then we had to buy 2 more because 3 have to be installed together to get the same amount of power we originally agreed upon. Since then,

We had one saving grace in a project manager who did everything they could to drive the process forward, but they are no longer employed by purelight and so we no longer have an advocate.
