The presentation by your colleagues was very professional (otherwise I would not have said yes). The work was very satisfactory up to a point. As part of the sales pitch it was said the sills would be wiped out and there were a few that were not, or barely cleaned. Having the gutters cleaned out was satisfactory except I had to ask your colleague to clean up the mess that was left on the ground. As a start up company the attention to detail is vital.
