I recently had a security system installed by Pure AV and I am very satisfied with the options that Jim presented to me. When he completed the project I was impressed with the ease of the operation and effectiveness of the cameras. I am able to observe my home and alerted if there is a breach. Jim and Tim were awesome throughout the whole project.

Having issues. Waiting to see how the company will handle. Concerned about system never operating at 100% longer than a few days, communication between installers and owners, and if they can even fix the cameras and the cameras settings and access. Will report back or change review once issue is considered resolved.
