Josh provides a service that is slow and often times unreliable. He would promise to come out at a set day of the week and it would fluctuate. Always an excuse as to why the date would change. For the price charged per week you would expect a higher notch of service. Also, when I was laid off few months ago had to suspend the service and recently when asked Josh to resume the service since we were just used to him he said he may have to charge more depending on the pool condition.
