I must be the odd man out, since my experience with this company was totally in contrast to all the previous reviews. Communications was horrid. I had to continuously reach out to inquire about everything from setting the initial appointment to following up of the appointment myself. I had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment, only to then be totally stood up....again with no communication what so ever. Not even a, "sorry we couldn't make it" or "we got held up at a previous customer".......J

Kirsten and her team with Puddle Pool Services are amazing. They look professional, great communication, love their technology and they do a stellar job. If you’re not happy with your current pool service company, I definitely recommend making the switch.

From water chemistry to scrubbing and vacuuming, every detail was handled expertly. On top of that, the crew was incredibly friendly and happy to answer all my questions along the way.
