Vanessa and her team did a great job with our carpet replacement. We were looking for a quick turn around, and they delivered promptly and professionally. Very impressed that they were able to replace our entire home’s carpets, treat the concrete underneath for odor, and clean the space all within a day. Highly recommend!

Such a disappointing experience given the lack of communication between the salesperson and us and the crew who came out. It was a simple enough replacement of wood slats and tiling of a small 1’x2’ area in the entryway. No one called to confirm the appointment. The crew was supposed to arrive between 8-10am was a no show, no one called us. We called our salesman and multiple texts later, eventually he called us back and said the job was done and even sent us pictures…of another client’s house!!
