What a positive experience i had with Pro-Tech. Todd called to let me know he was gong to be a few minutes late, which i appreciated. He is very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about alarms, even our old DSS-550. Since i know nothing about them, i appreciated his answering my questions, showing me how the system works, and the specific work he was doing. He was neat and thorough. In my experience, the quality of his service and his customer relations was top quality and deserves 5 Stars.
