Do not call. Do not use this company. They are horrible. They do not communicate. They do not tell you what’s going on. It has been the worst service Provider I’ve ever been. It’s been three months and my repair has still not been done. They do not know what they’re doing. Do not use.

Horrible customer service! They have been out 3 times on behalf of Old Republic Home warranty & haven’t been able to fix our refrigerator. This past service call, they said it wasn’t repairable & would let the home warranty company know this. Now, the home warranty company, Old Republic says that they said they couldn’t diagnose the issue & want to send a 4th company out to look at it. This has been going on for 12 months where it works for 3 weeks & then stops working.

This place is no good had a service call guy came out... refrigerator still not cooling called again scheduled an appointment to come and check again the guy Neverending showed up... wasted 2 days of work complete unprofessional... simple fact they have a 1 star rating should tell u these guys are no good
