Propperly Built came to our rescue once again after we had to have a sump pump put into a downstairs bedroom...they reframed where the drywall was removed, built a corner bench with removable top and alcove to hide the sump pump and pipe, restored the sheetrock and made the affected walls look good as new, installed base trim, painted the entire room, replaced the carpet padding and reinstalled the carpet.
