I do not recommend this company, PropertyTech Appliance. I asked them to check my stove to see what is wrong with it and to hopefully make any necessary repairs. They did arrive at the scheduled appointment time; however, after the initial visit, which was a simple assessment, I never heard from them again. A few days later, I tried to call and send text messages multiple times to get an update and to schedule the necessary work, but they ignored my communication and completely stopped respondin

Travis came out the next day. He was very professional, clearly very knowledgeable. He gave was able to give me an accurate diagnosis on one appliance, (the parts of which would have made it too expensive to repair) and able to repair the problem with another all in one visit. Also, I found his fees very reasonable. I would gladly use him again should I have an appliance in need of repair. Thanks Travis.

Travis responded quickly to our need about a refrigerator that was not working. He came up to Waikoloa Village on a weekend and was able to get it cooling. To complete the repair fully a part needed to be ordered. He was clear and straightforward about when to expect the part and when he could finish the job. He worked around my schedule with patient. We are very satisfied with Travis’ work. The price was very reasonable.
