I spoke with Steve and made arrangements for him to come look at a project at my house. He let me know he was on the way to look at it. I texted to see if he made it and what he thought. I received no response so I texted again the following week. I also left a voicemail. I texted again a third time still with no response.

Steve and his crew added on a set of stairs and privacy walls to an existing deck I have. He is super responsive and responded to an email inquiry I sent. Excellent craftsmanship and overall great experience working with them. You can tell they care about the work they are doing. Would absolutely recommend them.

I TOO was completely ghosted by Steve. And this, after I complained to him about the worthless tradesmen here in Saint Augustine that do lousy work and don’t get back to you with a bid. Two texts, two emails…crickets. Comical really. My project was too creative, ambitious and above his skill sets. If you need simple faucets changed or a toilet bowl wax seal replaced, this contractor is for you. Good luck…
