So i called late last week because their number was on one of the tanks. The guy who answered said that the address has been serviced in the past. I told him that I thought one of my tanks was empty. He went along with what I was saying because he assumed my valve was automatic. And I knew no difference. So they came out today and the tec rang the bell. I talked to him thru the ring and he told me that the tanks were full and that there was a $75 show up fee or he could swap a tank like planned
